Thank you for visiting our church website. My name is John Appleton and I am the pastor of Kanawha Salines Presbyterian Church here in Malden, West Virginia. Our church has a rich 190 year history in the Kanawha Valley and we are located about seven miles east of Charleston.
We are a church that believes that the creator God has revealed Himself in Holy Scriptures which we believe are without error, infallible, and sufficient to instruct us in all manners of faith and conduct.
We are firmly 
planted in the rich heritage that echoes the claims of historic Christianity of “Scripture Alone, Christ Alone, and Faith Alone.” As members of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) denomination we firmly believe in doctrines of the Reformed Faith as set forth in the Westminster Confession of Faith, and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms.
Our Sunday morning worship service begins at 11:00am and we cordially invite you to worship with us.
